At SwitchKeys, we want to ensure your mechanical keyboard setup is perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SwitchKeys account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all keycaps, switches, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
