How long does shipping take for in-stock items?
Orders for in-stock components and peripherals are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international transit times vary by destination.
What is the difference between a Pre-order and a Group Buy?
A Group Buy is a crowd-funding method for custom keyboard runs with longer lead times, often several months. A Pre-order typically refers to items that have already been manufactured and are currently in transit to our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on custom PCB and DIY kits?
Yes, all PCBs are covered by a 6-month manufacturer warranty against defects. We strongly recommend testing your PCB with a key-tester software before soldering or assembling your build.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Modifications can be made within 2 hours of placement. For Group Buy items, cancellations are subject to a 3% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant costs.
